The definition of what a Facebook post is.
A facebook post is when you publish content to your personal profile page, someone else's profile or to a company fan page.
In our weekly marketing stats email Facebook posts are the total count of all posts made that week on your company Facebook page. These don't include comments you make or post/comments other make on your company page and don't include posts you make off of your company page.
